  • Em Stroud - MC

    Em Stroud is the Comic Coach.  Em has spent 20 years in business and in comedy.  She has worked with business leaders and their teams helping them create more impact in their businesses and life.  Working with clients such as Bloomburg, Airbus and Barclays. She is the founder of The Leadership Impact School. 

    Em has performed theatre and comedy shows across the UK and her new one woman show “The Em Show Tales from a Little Laughing Lesbian” will be tour across the UK in 2025 and OZ in 2026.  A two time TEDx speaker (one as a banana!), Em’s first book: Lessons from A Clown is a number one best seller  and her podcast The Comic Coach Podcast is streamed worldwide. Her second book Pizza Life will be out in 2026.

  • We are delighted to host the Awards Gala once again at the iconic Troxy in London this year!

    Parking is limited so public transport is advised.

    As a friendly reminder, please be aware that there will be bag checks at the entrance for everyone's safety.

    We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to welcome you.

  • Doors open at 6:30 PM, and we encourage you to come early! Enjoy a refreshing drink while you connect and network with fellow professionals and change-makers in the mental health community.

    The awards ceremony will kick off at 7:30 PM with a DJ to follow 11pm-1am when the evening will close.

  • Yes, food and drinks will be provided! Food trucks will be open throughout the night, offering a variety of options, including halal, vegetarian and vegan choices, as well as delicious desserts. Each attendee will receive a welcome drink and half a bottle of wine/non-alcoholic drink. If you'd like some more, they can be purchased at the bar.

  • Unlike your typical corporate event, the awards showcase brief segments highlighting the shortlisted individuals and organizations for each award.

    You'll enjoy a variety of entertainment acts and music that will get you moving, along with food trucks available throughout the night.

There were over 30 awards (which sounds a lot), but the night had an energy and joy that was truly off the chart! Among her many insights about workplace wellbeing, one thing directly spoke to me: Her SUMMER OF SLOW.
