  • Better…every…year…It’s becoming known as the best night out (and day now) in the workplace wellbeing calendar and it didn’t disappoint!!! Thanks for helping celebrate all the fantastic people and work being done to champion mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and thanks for inviting me to be involved and present a couple of awards. 🏆

  • Once again, the InsideOut Awards delivered an utterly awesome night. Thanks again to Chris and Rob for a great night, it was great to share, great to listen and to meet others with the same passion. Here's to keeping the conversations going!

Senior Risk Manager, Nationwide Building Society

  • What a night!! 🎉 Hands down the best night out I’ve had in a while! The atmosphere at the InsideOut Awards was incredible. The DJ tunes were fantastic. The Outta Puff Daddys were brilliant. Thanks so much to Chris Cummings and Rob Stephenson and your team for such a great event. To be in a room with so many people focusing on such great things in the mental health space was really humbling and inspiring. Such an awesome energy.

    Wellbeing Lead, Fit for Work

  • It was truly an honour to join so many people celebrating all the hard work, expertise, care and love the goes into Mental Health and Wellbeing in the workplace. There were over 30 awards (which sounds a lot), but the night had an energy and joy that was truly off the chart! Rob Stephenson and Chris Cummings promised that this would be the best night out and I do believe it was. There was singing, joy, dancing, laughter, connections and winners from across this land. Including a lifetime achievement award for Jen Fisher who is a delight! In a world where awards evenings can be dry, long (and let's face it a bit dull) this was the opposite and I left with a happy heart knowing there is so much good happening in the world... and that a KFC hat nearly won the whole night (if you know you know😂) Fabulous to see some old friends - I'm already looking forward to next year.

  • Huge congratulations to Rob Stephenson and the entire InsideOut Awards team for a brilliant celebration of all things mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Their sponsors, partners and, of course, finalists and winners should be immensely proud of their efforts to champion their peoples’ health and wellbeing. The business case: a happier, healthier workforce drives performance. And to Rob, Chris and their team, well done for shining a light on the change makers in this space. It was a fabulous event and a privilege to be there.

  • Rob Stephenson and Chris Cummings put on THE best night I have attended in this industry. Fun, music, dancing, awards and the best energy. I’m in awe of your production skills. They say you wait for a bus and then a number turn up. Yesterday was the industry social equivalent of that. Loved every second of both events. I feel lucky to work in and around such great people. • Brilliant night at the InsideOut Awards, celebrating all things wellbeing. And we had two trips to the stage as winners!!! But actually, it’s important to recognise that this is totally a collective effort - it's only with the actions of everyone that we start to change the culture and embed wellbeing into everything we do. Onwards and upwards!!!

And to top it off, the tasty and best bit, like the yummy brownie, was our team for winning the Award!

  • Winning always feels good. Yet the real win is having tools in your toolbox to navigate a tough spot or identifying someone who may have fallen into one, holding their hand and letting them know, that they are not alone. So, here’s to holding more hands, listening, and joyful photo moments on a Thursday night.

I can’t wait for it!

    Founder, FinWELL

  • Sometimes, you hear something just when you need it. On Thursday at the InsideOut Awards Summit, I listened to a fireside chat with Jen Fisher. Among her many insights about workplace wellbeing, one thing directly spoke to me: Her SUMMER OF SLOW. She talked about slowing down for the summer to prioritise self-care and reflection, after leaving her longstanding role at Deloitte. Embracing the discomfort of not knowing what’s coming next and trusting it will be a catalyst for inspiration. It inspired me to recognise that this is exactly what I’ve been doing and what I need.

    Award-winning Mental Health Champion

  • I go to many awards do’s and they are usually very formulaic and frankly quite dull. I loved the fun and informality of this event, the food stalls were a masterstroke, the doughnuts – well, what can I say – amazing …, the fun created by the millinery (who thought a chap would win?), the Outta Puff Daddy’s, the fashion show etc., etc. Really fabulous evening!

Head of Workplace Health and Wellbeing

  • Blessings to Chris & Rob and ALL for the HARD WORK in bringing the MAGIC to East London every year! Celebrating Champions from ALL over the UK who devote their lives to our Mental Health… ❤️🙏🏾

    Wellbeing Manager, Mitie

  • I cannot express how inspired I felt at both the daytime InsideOut conference, and the evening InsideOut Awards yesterday. It was incredible to meet and hear from workplace wellbeing experts across various industries, all dedicated to forging positive change. We, those of us working on wellbeing, are like droplets in a sea of change. But it takes influencers and connectors to bring all these droplets together and create a cascade of transformation ... a Movement! Two such changemaking connectors are Chris Cummings and Rob Stephenson, the equally brilliant co-founders of the InsideOut Awards. […] On a personal note, I was honoured to support the important work of the InsideOut Awards by serving as a judge for several award categories. It made my heart sing to read about the impactful work being done.
