What’s in it for me?

  • Gain insights into innovative ideas successfully implemented by other organisations and ultimately cultivate a healthier workplace culture.

  • I cannot express how inspired I felt at both the daytime InsideOut conference, and the evening InsideOut Awards yesterday. It was incredible to meet and hear from workplace wellbeing experts across various industries, all dedicated to forging positive change. We, those of us working on wellbeing, are like droplets in a sea of change. But it takes influencers and connectors to bring all these droplets together and create a cascade of transformation ... a Movement! Two such changemaking connectors are Chris Cummings and Rob Stephenson, the equally brilliant co-founders of the InsideOut Awards. […] On a personal note, I was honoured to support the important work of the InsideOut Awards by serving as a judge for several award categories. It made my heart sing to read about the impactful work being done.

    Mental Health at Work

  • A bunch of idealists in a room? Perhaps, but isn’t that what we all need right now? A really impactful and insightful day today sharing frontier insights with international wellbeing leaders, at the InsideOut Awards Summit, with thanks to Rob Stephenson.

Head of Health & Wellbeing, UK Home Office

  • A really insightful morning session at the InsideOut Awards discussing all things Human Sustainability - a short break and then time to party with a room full of wonderful people championing wellbeing at work.

  • Sometimes, you hear something just when you need it. On Thursday at the InsideOut Awards Summit, I listened to a fireside chat with Jen Fisher. Among her many insights about workplace wellbeing, one thing directly spoke to me: Her SUMMER OF SLOW. She talked about slowing down for the summer to prioritise self-care and reflection, after leaving her longstanding role at Deloitte. Embracing the discomfort of not knowing what’s coming next and trusting it will be a catalyst for inspiration. It inspired me to recognise that this is exactly what I’ve been doing and what I need.

    Award-winning Mental Health Champion

  • Thanks Rob Stephenson and Chris Cummings for your tireless work on not only this, but everything that you do to promote, support, and enhance Mental Health in the workplace and beyond.
